A successful Enterprise Sales Manager is a highly motivated and energetic individual contributor who thrives in a team environment and works closely with key team members such as, marketing, business development representative, channel sales manager, sales engineer, and solutions architect etc. to drive new business within the territory. Responsible for creating and fostering new and existing relationships with enterprises (currently companies with 1000+ employees) in assigned area. Works directly with customers, as well as, regional and national channel partners. 


Keys to success include initial account penetration and discovery, in depth prospecting and qualifying, and developing long term mutually beneficial account relationships at all levels of the target customer.    Utilizing internal and external marketing tools, the Enterprise Sales Manager will create and manage dedicated campaigns and processes to generate pipeline required to exceed quarterly objectives.  Because this position requires a high volume of outbound phone calls and emails and on-site visits, the selected candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a strong consultative sales and extensive enterprise software sales experience in their background.




  • Exceed sales objectives as assigned
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify opportunities
  • Generate targeted list via existing database, research and online tools
  • Hold meetings, calls and webinars with key enterprise stakeholders up to and including C-level contacts
  • Serve as subject matter expert on GSB products and services to include Kinetix, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
  • Serve as the primary business contact for clients helping to resolve issues in a timely manner through escalation and engaging technical resources, with a dedication to customer service
  • Track pipeline diligently through use of sales tools including Sales Force
  • Work strategically with management to deliver accurate forecasts, identify opportunities, challenges and solutions
  • Exceed quarterly and annual territory quota




  • Enterprise software sales and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) experience preferred
  • BS in business, marketing or equivalent degree and sales experience
  • 7-10+ years professional work experience in business development, B2B project planning/implementation/management
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols, understanding of the major software applications in the market, strategic selling to large enterprises, account management skills, and Problem Solving Methodologies.
  • Existing contacts in secure file transfer space a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be high-energy and self-motivated
